Sep 07Via /. Voting machines used in this week’s primary elections are hackable–in about FIVE MINUTES. And voting officials are allowed to TAKE THEM HOME WITH THEM.
Basically, these Diebold voting machines are a national nightmare waiting to happen. I first got the heads-up on this via an April 2004 article in Vanity Fair; the movement against these nasty devices has its own homepage as well.
