An Important Question: UPDATE
Aug 31Right now, the Kirstie Alley Saavik is trouncing the Robin Curtis Saavik by 57% of the vote.
Please cast your preference now; otherwise, when the revolution comes, you will have had no say in which Saavik gets cast in our randy fan films.

Keep on Trekkin'
Aug 30So this is one of those articles where even the linky I offer is packed with SPOILERS, and to discuss the linky, I will require a jump, which will count as our SPOILER SPACE.
If you don’t want to risk having the new J.J. Abrams Star Trek flick potentially spoiled for you, then SCROLL ON.
If you’re up for it, let’s jump.
We'll have foam foam foam…
Aug 29…’til Daddy takes the T-bird away.
Take one ocean, fill it with all sorts of organic matter and soluble minerals, add one giant storm, equals a beach covered in foam. Not a little, a lot – a wall of it, several feet high and washed up the beach to nearby buildings, just outside of Sydny, Australia.
Oh, it looks like fun, but probably smells like ass. Salty ass.
An Important Question.

Bandwagon Tailgating: Immortal Iron Fist
Aug 29You’re reading Immortal Iron Fist, right?
You’ve obeyed the glow-ass reviews from every comics weblog on God’s green earth?
Because it is, in fact, a VERY AWESOME TITLE. It’s just about the ideal marriage of the gifts of Ed Brubaker, Matt Fraction, and David Aja. Clever page layouts, wacky kung fu, and sharp characterizations. I don’t know what more you could want from a comic book.
Oh, you also want a dude getting kicked through a train? Okay.
First six issues are out in hardcover, and a trade is on the way. In the words of nobody but me, BUY THIS NOW.
