Done looking? OK. So lots of griping going on about which characters they’ve plunked into this movie. Now usually, I am not exactly slow to join the Bitching Chorus, particularly when it looks like MEAN OLD HOLLYWOOD has taken our precious geekiana and made it ALL WRONG.
But you know what? I hope that is Emma Frost.
“But it doesn’t make sense for…” Don’t care.
“But unless there’s a Hellfire Club explana–” Don’t care.
“But it completely fucks with all forms of continuity and changes The White Queen FUNDAMENTALLY and…” Don’tcaredon’tcaredon’tcare.
I want to see Emma Fucking Frost in a movie and I don’t really care how she gets there. Bring it.
Part of me hopes it is, but the inner-continuity-bitch in me keeps yelling at me to STFU.
Also, wasn’t her diamond form a secondary mutation that didn’t occur until after she’d left the Hellfire club, which would put it even more out of line with contiuity.
Goddamn inner-continuity-bitch.

Why the fuck cant Hollywood make the films the EXACTLY THE FUCKING SAME AS THE COMIC. If not don’t bother. Every comic book film i have seen has been shit. Wankers.
Plus, plus right, if they did all the films would be 120%better and make more money.

If this movie were exactly like the old school Weapon X mini or exactly like Origin, it would be a pretty shit-terrible movie. Think about that.
As for Emma Frost, I say bring it on. I’d rather see her than Gambit or, like, Kestrel.
