Jul 27I don’t know that anyone has a good plan for dealing with trolls online, other than blocking them out. And if you can’t block them out, you might have to stand up to them. And if you stand up to them, they will likely just spaz more. It happens.
But I can tell you this about the link I am about to share – if you’re a troll online, then you are, in fact, a nerd (just, a dark part of the family, way off on the corner.) And if you, as a nerd, opt for crossing state-lines to commit arson, while posting it on the internet as proof… you’re still a nerd, only you have an anger management problem. Which is actually kind of common in online nerds.
Oh well, now you’re a nerd in prison.

Jul 17A flash-based game, in Japanese, where you (get ready) are a Victorian girl who gets into a series of ever-more bizarre slap fights. I like to think being able to read the Japanese text would provide some context for the game, but it’s not needed to play.

Jul 11My apartment was used in a short film a friend made for the Ultimate Gamer Test video contest (held by Gleemax.com and Wizards of the Coast) – my roommate features prominantly, as does my Ghostbusters themed Guitar Hero guitar, my shelves of copious stuff, and the very first t-shirt I ever screened (of which there exists exactly… one.)
I wish it was totally played for laughs, but to be honest, they do actually play like this.

Actually, it’s not, but it IS funny. The chin is complete cartoon fiction whereas in real life I’ve got a jaw and a half. Still, there is much fun to be had at with the character generator at the Simpson’s Movie website.

Jun 19…a Weird Al cover. As in, someone covering Weird Al. And it’s awesome like a hot dog.
mc chris, of Aqua Teen Hunger Force/Sealab 2021/mc chris fame, has covered Dare To Be Stupid. Why did no one think to do this sooner? Actually, it’s probably because the original was pretty much perfect and mc’s particular vocals and the super-faithful instrumental are the only real way to go.
