My heart does bleed a little for all the <em>Everwood<\/em> fans, as their beloved show was displaced for a 50 billionth shitty season of <em>7th Heaven<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>\nAnyway, scuttlebutt is that a lot of the new netlet&#8217;s pilots didn&#8217;t turn out so hot and one of the hours they passed on is the proposed <em>Aquaman<\/em> series, from the folks who brought you <em>Smallville<\/em>. You can take a look at what might have been, thanks to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.comicbookresources.com\/news\/newsitem.cgi?id=7365\">Comic Book Resources&#8217; story<\/a> on the leaked Aquaman trailer.<\/p>\n<p>\nI&#8217;m sorry, but this looks DUMB. It reminds me of this so-bad-it&#8217;s-awesome Canadian teen series <em>Breaker High<\/em>, which was basically <em>Saved by the Bell<\/em> crossed with <em>90210 <\/em> on a cruise ship. (It is now notable as being one of the series that gave little <a href=\"http:\/\/imdb.com\/name\/\">Ryan Gosling<\/a> his start.)
